Plot to build a house in the Formentera style and given the shape of the plot and its agrarian condition. An access road with stone walls on the sides is proposed that will take you through cultivated fields to the access patio of the house. The fields of crops can be used for almond trees, vineyards, olive trees, fig trees … The tall vegetation is proposed to be placed between the road and the house to give more privacy to the house and some shade to the road. – The orientation of the vectors of the project is NE-SO approx. -The rooms face SE-NE to wake up in the morning light. -The main volume (the living room) It is the union between the night space (rooms and library) and the day space (dining room, kitchen, laundry room, warehouse and facilities room). -This main volume has a pergola on each side to triple its surface. In summer this room will be a joy, cool and well ventilated. -The basement ventilates and is naturally illuminated through 2 English patios, which elevate this basement into a very pleasant space. (see reference photo in pdf) -The reception patio is delimited by 2 cultivation fields, the annex, the house and an English patio, thus forming a controlled and protected exterior space. It has a size of 10x20m. approx. In winter it will be protected from the north winds, being to the south, it can be a very pleasant space. -The pool focused on summer is located in the north, facing the views and the lower vineyard or wheat crops. The pool has a solarium next to it, where you can keep all the machinery in the basement. This is perfect, since whoever does the maintenance of the pool does not need the house keys. -There is an additional water collection area to the m2 of occupation exclusively reserved for the collection of rainwater, which will be fantastic to irrigate. -The annex, following the typology of the rooms, has its own pergola, dressing room, bathroom and bedroom. It complies with the regulations both in size and in distance to the main house and helps to shape this exterior reception space.
